Add a spore

A spore is one small, sourced record: a material passport or a failure. If you know a published test result or a documented failure, it belongs here.

1. Find the source. A paper, NASA or ESA report, or datasheet with the actual numbers.
2. Write the spore. One YAML file following the spore format. Every number needs a source and its location (table, figure, page).
3. Mark what it is. measured for test or flight data, prediction for simulations.
4. Submit it. Spores are reviewed before they appear on the site.
